When made per directions, this one packet will make over 6 cups of dip. That's a lot from one little bag! "Just Ranch" mix is dairy-free itself, however, the directions do call to use sour cream and mayonnaise. You are welcome to use your own dairy-free substitutes. However.......
You can use it for more than "just ranch" dip or dressing. Sprinkle it on top of your steak and cook with a slab of butter for herbed butter steak; add it to the cream cheese of your jalapeno poppers; sprinkle on top of our fresh veggies before you roast them; you get the idea!

So far we have tried the Ranch seasoning in dressing and really like the fresh flavor and it was so easy to make. I also used it as seasoning with pasta and Costco Rotisserie Chicken salad and vegetables. Wow! the flavor was superb. We took it to a family reunion and they raved about it.
